baker – Annapolis
Located in the upper west side of Saint Paul near the Mississippi river, Baker – Annapolis is a fairly walkable neighborhood with gyms and parks close by. You can also find dozens of grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. Though in close proximity to downtown Saint Paul, the Baker – Annapolis neighborhood has a close knit style community feel.

battle creek
Battle Creek is home to many neighborhood parks and is a bustling residential neighborhood. Many young families live in their neighborhood and it’s a great pick if you are new to Saint Paul.
Como
Como Park is a neighborhood situated around Como Lake which features a bike and walking path around the lake. It also features a golf course, a conservatory, and a municipal pool. Como Park is also home to the Como Zoo one of the biggest zoos in the Twin Cities area besides the Minnesota Zoo. Como Park is filled with great schools and houses many young families.

Midway
Midway gets its name from being a midway point between Saint Paul and Minneapolis. It is a warehouse district that is home to both residential and commercial properties. Midway is home to the intersection of University Avenue and Snelling which is one of the busiest intersections in the Twin Cities. Midway also offers a wide selection of shops and restaurants owned by a variety of nationalities.

Summit hill
Summit Hill is a beautiful old neighborhood with mansions and a historic cathedral. It has many high-class salons, eclectic stores, and great restaurants. It’s even home to a mini eat street.
Summit – University
Summit-University is an ethnically and economically diverse community and in 1983 it was home to Saint Paul’s largest population of minority residents. Summit-University also includes the Cathedral Hill neighborhood and “old Rondo”. Rondo was the center of Saint Paul’s African-American community since the Civil War but was almost all destroyed by the construction of Interstate 94 in the 1960s. Summit – University offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops and is composed mostly of families and young professionals.
